Note: EL PALACIO, Vol. X, #13-14, p.15. Painting exhibited in Salt Lake City in 1921. Artist was in New Mexico 1915-1920.
The original cardboard backing was removed from the painting prior to going on display in the 2019 exhibition Picturing Passion. The original backing board had labels affixed to it which were removed before it was disposed of. The removed labels are now stored in the Accession file.
