Before the piece goes on exhibition, all seven framed sections need to be dusted, especially along the bottom interior edge of the frame. The Plexiglas glazing, both the recto and verso needs to be wiped down. Plexiglas polish to remove light scratches in the surface would be ideal. The interior of the box needs to be vacuumed out as well.
The seven (7) framed sections of the sculpture need to be labeled with their accession number. The box and lid have been labeled with the base number (in black ink) but need to have their corresponding component letter added. The number is written on the interior of the lid on one of the side walls and the number is written on the bottom of the box. See the components listing in the Registration tab for the correct numbering order of the pieces.
