Extreme care needed when handling. The marionette's paper feathers are extremely fragile and will detach from the arms with the slightest movement.
During the de-installation and preparation for storage of the marionette from the Baumann and New Mexico exhibition in March, 2016 a single paper feather was detached from the arms. This will need to be reattached at some point in the future. The loose feather is currently bag and housed with the marionette in Collections Storage.
