DescriptionAn unbound manuscript with complete layout and black and white photographs by Manuel Alvarez Bravo, Tina Modotti, and Guillermo Kahlo and of an unpublished volume written by William Spratling illustrating Diego Rivera's murals in Mexico at the National Palace, Mexico City; Ex-Palace of Cortes, Cuernavaca; Director's Room of the Department of Health, Mexico City; National Agricultural School, Chapingo; Ministry of Public Health, Mexico City; National Preparatory School, Mexico City. The manuscript includes the frontispiece, title page, bastard title, table of contents, and a preface written by William Spratling in the form of a typed copy and biographical notes. There are 149 pages of plates with photographs glued in place, layout pages without photographs meant to hold color photographs. In addition, there is a small set of duplicate photographs that are not glued to the manuscript pages.On View
