Bob Ewing, former director of this museum, gave this painting to Carol Beesley in 2010 as an exchange. (She gave him one of her artworks at the same time. Carol said she painted a small bowl of nasturtiums for Bob which he hung on the wall by his bed. He willed the little painting to Susan Kelly.) She says the work was created much earlier than 2010 but she does not know the exact date.
