Alberto Morales Jimenez.

Translation: On the 11th of September 1910, a protest of free people took place in the capital city. They were going to lay a wreath at the Column of Independence when they were brutally trampled over by mounted federal forces. Foreigners visiting our country for the Centennial celebration witnessed how the people were being treated and shot at. It revealed that the Porfiriato democracy was a complete farce.
