Historical text from the accompanying booklet reads as: Desde el edificio de la Embajada Norteamericana, el tenebroso Henry Lane Wilson, representante diplomático de la Casa Blanca, tramó la traición huertista. Fue allí, según los testimonios irrefutables de testigos presenciales, donde se firmó el Pacto de la Embajada, que hizo factible la usurpación del borracho Victoriano y los crueles asesinatos de Madero y Pino Suarez. Lane Wilson fue genuino representante de la política imperialista que ha caracterizado, casi sin excepción, a la Casa Blanca. Alberto Morales Jimenez.
Translation: From inside the American Embassy building the shady Henry Lane Wilson, a White House diplomat plotted the Huertista (Victoriano Huerta’s) treason. It was there according to conclusive eyewitness’s testimony where El Pacto de la Embajada (The Embassy Pact) was signed, triggering the usurping of power by the drunkard Victoriano Huerta and the cruel executions of Madero and Pino Suarez.
