Text Entries
Alberto Morales Jimenez.

Translation: In July 1914, after plundering the coffers of the Treasury of the Nation the drunkard Victoriano Huerta fled Mexico City and headed to Coatzacoalcos where he boarded a ship that carried him to European shores. Shortly thereafter a peace treaty was signed in Teoloyucan, State of Mexico which specified the absolute surrender of the federal army. The mistakes of the Tratado de Ciudad Juárez (Treaty of Ciudad Juárez) were not repeated in Teoloyucan. Translated by Aída Wester, Intern 2017.
