Historical text from the accompanying booklet reads as: Los obreros tuvieron  participación directa en la lucha revolucionaria. Translation: Workers had a direct involvement in the revolutionary struggle. The Batallones Rojos (Red Battalions) were organized after the founding of the Casa del Obrero Mundial (House of the World Worker) and in 1915, these troops were sent to the battlefields of Celaya and Ébano.  The Batallones Rojos (Red Battalions) were properly trained and their performance on the front lines received passionate congratulations from the leaders of the Constitucionalista (Constitutionalist) armed forces.
