Description
Alberto Morales Jimenez. Translation: President Lázaro Cárdenas had the support of the people to govern the country. He was severely attacked by Mexican conservatives while providing justice in rural Mexico. His regime was characterized by unprecedented land distributions to the peasants throughout the Republic. At La Laguna cotton growing subdivisions were distributed, and now more than ten years later no one dares to say that the Agrarian Reform in that region has been a failure.
