Text reads as: The Earth a suite of fourteen lithographs – including introductory and colophon pages was created at Tamarind workshop of Los Angeles during April and May in 1969. Hand pulled by Paul Clinton, Ronald Glassman, Don Kelley, William Law, Charles Ringness, Dan Socha, and John Sommers, printing supervised by Serge Lozingot, Tamarind master printer. The edition is limited to twenty impressions numbered 1-20 on calendered – Rives and nine tamarind impressions on uncalendered – Rives, in addition a few trial and artists proofs exist and are recorded at Tamarind. All stones and plates have been effaced. Introduction taken from a reflection of Archibald MacLeish after Apollo VIII flight. Binding by Earle Gray Company of Los Angeles.
