DescriptionThis rectangle plaque depicts Fletcher's head in profile within oval along with a quote. In the image, she is wearing a loose bun and is looking downward. The collar of her shirt is barely visible die to the leaf design at the base of her neck. The bottom section of the plaque is a rectangle that is slightly wider than the main section. Two Native American men flank the sides of the central section, standing on top of the larger bottom section; they stand in profile, each wearing a feathered headdress and wrapped in cloth; the background has an overall textured linear appearance.
