Text Entries
The donors are Mary Pease, (1918-2004), the artist's elder sister and only sibling and her husband Chester Pease, (1914-1978).

According to Noggle's longtime friend and studio assistant Jim Holbrook, the photograph was made on Amherst Street in Albuquerque, near Noggle's house at 4204 Mesa Grande, S.E.  The neighbors gathered outside because of a car collision on the street.


The Museum owns two copies of this image, which are duplicates. The accession numbers are: 1996.40.59 and 3421.23PH.
