The photograph was shot with Noggle's Hasselblad camera and 50 mm lens.
In a conversation with Jim Holbrook, Noggle's longtime friend and studio assistant, he stated that the two men in the photograph are twin doctors Tim and Tom Smith, who worked in at the hospital in Albuquerque.
