DescriptionNative American wrapped in a dark blanket walking next to several bare trees on a snowy path, two adobe buildings with yellow lights in the windows and a dark blue sky in the background, white spots throughout image indicating that snow is falling.

Verso of the support has a peliminary sketch in graphite which appears to be a portale in the foreground with the sides of a building in the background. Possibly the Palace of the Governor's portale looking out to towards Lincoln and the side of the Museum of Fine Arts building.
