The window mat was attached to the secondary support by acidic tape. When the window mat was removed, a section of the secondary support that had been compromised at some point in the past tore away with the window mat. The section that had ripped off included inscription information. This loose section of the secondary support was removed from the window mat, bagged, and is taped to the interior of the paper folder in which the object is stored.
