DescriptionDouble-sided hand carved wood block depicting an attic wool spinning studio space. A staircase leading downwards is in the center right of the block. A chair, spinning wheel, carding, and winding tools are carved into the left side of the block. The images on both sides match. The "Yellow" side is one layer of the block printing process. The reverse side contains more fine details. The blocks are meant to be printed on top of one another.
