Vita Bujvid

Vita Bujvid was born in 1962 in Ukraine. She completed Art College in 1981, and graduated from Dnepropetrovsk University in 1988. She has worked as an animator, painter, and photo-grapher. Vita has lived and worked in St. Petersburg since 1990. Since 1998 she lives in Moscow and works for Elle, Playboy, Officiel, Marie Claire and major Russian magazines. Her work has been exhibited in Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Britain, Mexico, the USA and other countries.

Vita Bujvid's works are now included in the collections of the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), the Museum of Photographic Collections (Moscow), the Museum of Fine Arts (Helsinki), the Forbes Collection (Navigator Foundation, Boston) and other state and private collections.
