Acclaimed writer, art critic, curator, and activist, Lucy R. Lippard, gifted more than 300 art objects to the New Mexico Museum of Art in 1999 after they were shown in the travelling exhibition, "From the Sniper’s Nest: Art That Has Lived with Lucy R. Lippard."

The exhibition "Lucy R. Lippard: Notes from the Radical Whirlwind" will be on view at the Vladem Contemporary October 10, 2025-August 9, 2026.
