The Santa Fe Artist Walk of Fame was created in 1985 with eighteen commemorative plaques by sculptor Vladin Stiha. Embedded in the sidewalk in front of the New Mexico Museum of Art, each references an influential artist or writer once active in New Mexico. Updates to the walk have continued in recent years.
