The photograph came to the museum with Michael Kamins as its maker. When we contacted Mr. Kamins in 2013, and showed him a reproduction, he said the picture was not by him but that he is the man in the picture. He said the photograph was taken by Joel-Peter Witkin. After we sent Witkin a reproduction of the image, he said it was not by him, so the piece is now unattributed.
