Brett WestonAmerican, 1911 - 1993

Born in Los Angeles, CA on Dec. 16, 1911. Weston was employed by the WPA in the 1930s. He won a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1947. He had homes in Carmel Valley, CA and Kona, HI until his demise in the latter on Jan. 22, 1993. Exh: De Young Museum, 1932 (first solo); Painters & Sculptors of LA, 1936; SFAA, 1938; Carmel AA.
