Historical text from the accompanying booklet reads as: El Plan de San Luis Potosí fue ampliamente distribuido en toda la República. Miles y miles de peones acasillados le prestaron inmediatamente su adhesión. El dictador quedó sorprendido de la inusitada reacción popular y quiso hacer creer a la opinión pública que Madero encabezaba únicamente a un insignificante grupo de revoltosos. Estaba rotundamente equivocado. Todo el pueblo estaba levantado en armas. Alberto Morales Jimenez.
Translation: The Plan de San Luis Potosí (Plan of San Luis Potosí) was widely distributed throughout the Republic. Thousands upon thousands of debt bondage peons immediately supported and embraced it. The Dictator was surprised at the unexpected reaction and wanted the populace to believe that Madero solely lead an insignificant group of rebels. He was completely mistaken.
